How do I listen to my voicemail?
You can listen to your voicemail through your phone by clicking on the voicemail button, through the Zang Office portal or as an attachment in your email.

How do I make a call?
Use your Avaya telephone – pick up the receiver and dial the number. If you are using the softphone – once you’re logged in, click the telephone icon and use the number pad to dial the number. When ready, click Call. You can also click the number beside one of the contacts to the start the call.

Under the Administrator portal > extensions can be assigned to users, hunt groups etc.

How do I access my call detail records?
To access your call details go Under the Administrator portal > Call Logs.

How do I set up a conference call?
Once your conference number is configured > call that number or extension and access the conference bridge from there.

How do I customize my Calling Line Identification (CLID)?
To assign or reassign numbers go Under the Administrator portal > Company Caller ID.


How do I set up Fax-to-Email?
Under the Administrator portal > User > Enable fax box feature by toggling the switch

How do I add a new device to my users?
Under the Administrator portal > User Page > Devices > It can be added here.

How do I set up Voicemail-to-Email?
Under User profile > Voicemail > Enable it on or off by toggling it.

How do I set up Find me, Follow me?
Under the Administrator portal > User Settings – Enable it on.

How do I onboard everyone?
We can onboard one by one or we also support a bulk user upload via CSS file. As users are added they will also receive an email that begins the onboarding process to help kick start the process.

How does billing work?
Our Basic Package is FREE and includes a wide range of features from web and mobile apps to voice conference up to 5 people! Our Plus Package is $5 per user per month billed annually and our Business Package is $25 per user per month billed annually as well.
