What is Zang Workflow?

Zang Workflow is a graphical design tool that enables anyone to easily build communication apps and workflows. It’s simple to use and doesn’t require you to learn complex programming languages or even understand ‘code’ in order to build your good idea.

How can I start building on Workflow?

Zang Workflow is included as a feature of Avaya OneCloud CPaaS; access it after you log into Avaya OneCloud CPaaS via the menu bar under ‘Studio.’

Does it cost anything to build a workflow?

Yes and no! Building on Workflow is free, as is signing up for a Avaya OneCloud CPaaS account. You are only ever charged based on usage, so while using Avaya OneCloud CPaaS services (voice minutes, SMS, MMS, name and address lookups, etc.) we will deduct funds from your prepaid account balance.

Are there any prerequisites for using Arrow SI IoT tasks?

Yes. The Workflow IoT tasks, designed by Arrow, require a compatible Arrow SI IoT sensor and Arrow account.
